Shatin Heights HOA
Welcome to the web site of the Shatin Heights Homeowners Association. The Shatin Heights HOA is a private community of about 60 unique, custom-built homes and one-of-a-kind lots, just a few miles from the Joshua Tree National Park, and nestled among several hundred acres of spectacular northern heights overlooking the heart of the town of Yucca Valley, California.
While the HOA includes a diverse group of dedicated homeowners and property owners, we all share common interests in maintaining our homes and property in a way that respects our fellow neighbors, maintains a reasonable harmony with the stunning high desert environment in which we live, and preserves a quality of life that our entire community can fully appreciate and enjoy any time of year, all year 'round.
This web site is designed to provide basic information about the HOA for those who are not already familiar with it; to keep existing members connected to and informed about current issues of interest; and to provide a simple and timely means to contact the HOA's Board of Directors.
